钢构件表面涂层结合强度的研究

摘    要:对影响涂层结合强度的涂层厚度、涂层种类、表面预处理方式等因素进行了综合评述,并就喷砂处理的喷射角、磨料粒度和工作气压等参数对涂层结合强度的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:适当增大磨粒直径、工作气压和喷射角度,均能增大基体表面粗糙度,明显提高涂层结合强度。

Abstract:The bond strength of surface coating and steel members is an important target of coating quality. In this paper, the effect of coating thickness, coating type, and surface pretreatment on the bond strength were reviewed. The experimental investigations of the effects of spraying angle, abrasive dimension and working air pressure and so on parameter on the bond strength were carried out. The results showed that, suitably to broaden abrasive dimension, working air pressure and spraying angle have been able to increase face coarseness of the base, and obviously to raise bond strength of surface coating and steel members.
