摘    要:在西门子S7-200的编程软件中本身已经集成了PID控制指令,但使用不够灵活且受到使用控制回路的限制。以增量式PID算法为基础结合积分分离PID算法和带死区PID算法编写的改进型PID控制子程序功能更加强大,且不受控制回路的限制,可以在S7—200的控制程序中重复调用,具有重要的工程适用意义。

Abstract:In the programming software of Siemens S7 - 200 itself has integrated the PID control in- structions, but not enough use flexible and limited to the use of control circuit. With improved incremen- tal PID algorithm as the foundation combined with integral separation PID algorithm and PID algorithm with dead zone PID control subroutine function more powerful, and from control loop limitation, can in the S7 -200 control program repeated calls, has important significance for engineering.
