| Abstract: | Engineering project management forms an important part of modern enterprise management, meanwhile cost management is the essential part in engineering project management. Considering the feature of water and hydropower projects, constructer corporations should strengthen cost management of project, by emphasizing control in the areas that may change the cost of project, such as pre-estimation, in-process-control and post-evaluation. |
