改性废胶粉SRP/砂浆工作性能的研究

摘    要:通过改性剂A、苯酚和甲醛三元单体对胶粉的共缩聚改性,成功制备了改性胶粉SRP。分析了三种改性剂与胶粉的重量比,改性剂A和苯酚的摩尔比,改性剂(A+苯酚)与甲醛的摩尔比,反应体系的酸碱度、温度和反应时间对SRP/砂浆流动性和流动经时性的影响。比较了SRP/砂浆与纯砂浆的流动性和流动经时性。

Abstract:Modified waste rubber powder SRP was prepared by way of through co-polycondensation of the rubber powder with modifying agent A,phenol and formaldehyde.Influence of weight ratio of three modifying agents to rubber powder,mol ratio of modifying agent A to phenol,mol ratio of modifying agent(A+ phenol) to formaldehyde,acidity and alkalinity of reaction system,reaction temperature and time on fluidity and fluidity retaining of the SRP/mortar was investigated.Fluidity and fluidity retaining of SRP/mortar were compared with those of control mortar.
