摘    要:为了实现摩托车前照灯光照度和信号灯发光强度的自动化测试,自主研发了一种悬臂式灯具配光性能测试设备.阐述了测试设备的工作原理和系统组成,设计开发了测试设备的机械结构、控制子系统、测试子系统、软件系统等主要模块,并以摩托车制动灯为例进行配光测试实例验证.研究表明,悬臂式配光测试设备可以实现摩托车前照灯和信号灯配光性能的高效自动化测试,具有较好的测量精度和稳定性;测试设备已投入生产使用,满足生产单位的测试需要.

Abstract:A cantilever-type test equipment is designed and developed to test the illumination of headlamps and the luminous intensity of signal lamps of motorcycles automatically.Working principle and composition of the equipment are firstly introduced.Then mechanical structure,control subsystem,test subsystem and software of the equipment are designed and developed.Afterwards a verification experiment of the photometric characteristics of a brake lamp is successfully carried out with the equipment.The study shows that the photometric characteristics of headlamps and signal lamps can be automatically and efficiently performed with the cantilever-type test equipment,and the test accuracy and stability are quite good.This test equipment has been used in motorcycle manufacturing companies and can meet their test requirements well.
