截距式温差测量仪的研制

摘    要:精确的温度测量一般都要涉及到环境温度变化、参数分散性等因素。提出了一种截距式高精度温差实时测量方法,使温差变化部分能得到有效放大,合理使用了A/D转换器的有限分辨率,保证输出满足足够的精度要求。该测量装置具有LCD显示和标准电流输出功能。在软硬件设计上,考虑了工业运行中不同现场参数、环境温度变化以及电路参数变化所带来的影响。同时,系统具有调试方便、使用灵活等特点,并已用于联碱生产企业。

Abstract:Precise temperature measuring deals normally with surrounding-temperature variety and parameter dispersibility.A high precise on-time temperature-difference method with intercept is put forward,which can enlarge variable part of temperature-difference,retionally use A/D resolution and hence ensure output precision.The measuring equipment is of LCD displayer and standard current output.In the software and hardware design,the influences of surrounding interfere,temperature and circuit parameter variety are considered.Furthermore,the equipment has been applied in the unified alkali-produce enterprise,and it is of the characteristics of facile adjustment and use-flexibility.
