摘    要:本文通过热处理工艺试验,研究35CrMo钢的淬火理想临界直径,根据不同位置的洛氏硬度绘制U型曲线,推算出材料的淬火理想临界直径。调质处理后,当零件直径大于材料淬火临界直径时,表面为索氏体和贝氏体混合组织,强度下降明显。

Abstract:The quenching ideal critical diameter of 35CrMo steel is studied by heat treatment processing test in this paper.According to Rockwell hardness of different situations,the U-shape curve is drawn and the quenching ideal critical diameter of material is calculated.After quenching and tempering,when the diameter of part is larger than the quenching ideal critical diameter of material,the surface structure is sor-bite and bainite,and the strength declines obviously.
