摘    要:
许多热泵系统水箱中存在冷热水直接接触造成的不可逆热损失,为减小此项损失。设计制作了一种新型浮子卷套水箱,该水箱中的浮子卷套结构将冷热水分隔在两个腔中,避免了冷热水直接接触。实验测试了水箱内部浮子的运动特性、供热水时水温变化过程和水箱上下腔之间的传质特性;实验结果表明浮子卷套可在水箱中上下自由运动,浮子静止时漂移量小、运动时速度稳定;浮子卷套结构有效减小了水箱内部热损失;但目前设计的浮子卷套水箱上下腔之间仍存在少量传质渗漏,浮子卷套的材料和制作需进一步改进。

Abstract:
In many water tanks in heat pump systems, there has cold-hot water contact which causes irreversible heat loss. In order to reduce such heat loss, a new water tank with floating plate and furl-canister was designed and fabricated. The floating plate and furl-canister structure was used to separate cold water and hot water and store them in two chambers respectively that avoids the direct contact of cold water and hot water. The internal moving performance of floating plate, the hot water supply temperature and the mass transfer between the upper and lower chambers of the water tank were tested. The experimental results showed that the floating plate and the furl-canister can move up and down in the water tank freely. The static drift of the floating plate is small and its moving velocity in working process is steady. The new structure decreases the heat loss in the water tank efficiently. There still exists weak mass transfer between the upper and lower chambers of the water tank, so the materials and the fabrication technique of the floating plate and the furl-canister need to be further improved.
