塔板技术最新进展和研究展望

摘    要:综述了塔板技术的最新进展,介绍了在F1浮阀和筛板基础上研究开发的若干新型塔板,同时还对塔板-填料复合塔的原理和特点进行了简略的陈述,较详细地介绍了专利塔板-立体传质塔板CTST,该塔板具有通量大,效率高,压降低,抗堵性能强等优点,其传质区域由板上液层扩展到塔空间,使得塔板的空间利用率高达50%-70%,最后展望了今后塔板技术的研究和发展方向。

Abstract:The latest progress of tray is reviewed. Some of new tray designs developed from Fl valve and sieve trays are presented. In addition, the principle and features of tray-packing combination tower are also summarized. A type of patent tray -CTST is introduced in detail, which has the advantages of higher ca-pacity and efficiency, lower pressure drop and entrainment and better fouling resistense. Its gas/liquid mass-transfer field is extended from the liquid above plate to the space between two plates so that the efficient space between two plates gets to 50-70%. Finally the future research and development of tray are prospected.
