型钢混凝土基准粘结滑移本构关系试验研究

摘    要:进行型钢混凝土标准推出试件试验,对型钢混凝土粘结滑移性能和粘结滑移受力机理研究.根据荷载-加载端滑移曲线的试验研究结果,建立型钢混凝土特征粘结强度、特征滑移的统计回归计算公式,并提出型钢混凝土粘结滑移本构关系数学模型.进一步采用所建立粘结滑移基准本构模型对型钢混凝土推出试件进行ANSYS数值模拟分析,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好.研究结果表明,所建立型钢混凝土粘结滑移本构模型简单实用,并且能较全面的反映混凝土强度等级、横向配箍率、型钢埋置长度和型钢保护层厚度等主要影响因素的影响,可为型钢混凝土粘结滑移性能和型钢混凝土结构数值模拟技术研究提供参考.

Abstract:Bond-slip behavior on the interface between shaped-steel and concrete is very important to mechanical performance and numerical simulation of SRC(steel reinforced concrete) structure.Therefore a series of SRC push-out tests were conducted and presented.According to the experimental results of load-slip curves at load-end of all specimens,three key bond strengths and three key slippages were firstly defined,and the calculation formulas of these key bond strengths and slippage were founded by a regressing method.Basic bond-slip constitutive relation ship models were established by the mathematic method,and load-slip curves were calculated based on the models,which were proved in good accordance with the experimental curves.Based on the ANSYS computer program,16 SRC push-out test specimens that were experimented before were numerically simulated and the basic bond-slip constitutive relations models established above were adopted.In compar the numerical simulation results with those of the experiment results,the basic bond-slip constitutive relation models were proved useful and could take into account the four main factors including concrete the strength,area ratios of stirrups,and embedment length as well as thickness of concrete cover of the shaped-steel.It was concluded that the bond-slip constitutive relationship models established could be applied to further study on bond-slip behavior and numerical simulation of SRC structures.
