| 摘 要： | 最近国家正式公布2011年本《产业结构调整指导目录》（以下简称《指导目录》），在涉及造纸部分中将“采用清洁生产工艺，以非木纤维为原料。单条10万吨／年及以上的纸浆生产线建设”列入在“鼓励类”中。这意味着草类纤维原料清洁制浆的生产工艺已被国家正式认可。以草类纤维为原料且采用清洁制浆新技术的造纸新建项目，将获得行业准入。

| Abstract: | Recently,Guideli ne Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring of 2011 edition has been formally issued by the nation,in which the construction of one pulp production line with a capacity of above 100 thousand tons by adopting clean technology and using non-wood fibers as raw materials has been put into encouragement catalogue.This means the process for clean pulping with straw stalk fiber materials has been approved formally by the nation. |
