摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对数控转塔冲床机身进行有限元模拟,并与实验相结合,对其进行模态分析和优化设计,得到机身的最优结构模型.由分析可知,改进后的机身动态性能得到了极大提高.

Abstract:The frame of the CNC turret punch press has been simulated by use of ANSYS.Combining with the experiment,the modal analysis and optimized design have been conducted and the best structure of the frame has been obtained.The dynamic performance of the improved frame has been greatly raised through the analysis.
