| 摘 要： | 采用工控机通过RS-485总线和各台针织圆机控制器相连 ,针织圆机控制器采用AT89C51为核心 ,组成了一个集散的工业控制系统 ,对针织圆机的装机调试 ,生产运行 ,控制 ,故障处理 ,故障记录 ,产量统计等实现自动控制。

| Abstract: | In the system,RS-485 bus was used to connec t the micro-computer based circular knitting machine controller,based on AT89C51 and the industrial control computer, a distributed industrial c ontrol system was established,it deals with the installation,remote operation,ex ception handles,fault records and production statistics automatically. |
