| 摘 要： | 研究了蛋白酶MDB-1、淀粉酶MDF-1、脂肪酶MZF-1、纤维素酶MXW-2在相同的浸泡-洗涤条件下对血污布去污效果的影响,得到了能有效提高血污布去污值的各单一酶量:在温度30℃,质量浴比为1∶100,pH7.0,浸泡30 min的条件下,蛋白酶为2 mg/mL,淀粉酶为8 mg/mL,脂肪酶为2.5 mg/mL,纤维素酶为4 mg/mL。

| Abstract: | The article studied the influence on detergency effect of proteinase MDB-1,amylase MDF-1,lipase MZF-1,cellulase MXW-2 to bloody speckle in the same dip-washed condition.The best dosage of four enzymes to improve efficiently detergency value was gained,in the condition of temperature is 30 ℃,bath ratio is 1 ∶100,pH is 7.0,the marinating time is 30 min,the result was that the best dosage of proteinase MDB-1,amylase MDF-1,lipase MZF1,cellulase MXW-2 are 2,8,2.5,4 mg/mL,respectively. |
