| 摘 要： | 创意产业的勃兴是21世纪新经济发展的亮点,并落地在城市衰败地区形成创意产业区而带来空间和区域创新,表现出一种"新经济空间"创新的新特点。本文以"新经济空间"理论为着眼点,分析了上海创意产业区空间布局和创新特点,认为其主要沿河岸、CBD边缘、高校等集聚形成四个主要创意圈层,对城市旧区改造、竞争力形成和城市创意圈培育等都有积极作用,今后的发展应加强空间"形态"向产业"业态"培育。

| Abstract: | The creative industry is a hotspot of the economy in the twenty-first century,and locates in abandoned areas that calls creative industrial district. This paper analyzes some spatial innovation factors of creative industrial district in Shanghai that is agglomerating around rivers,centre business district(CBD) and universities,reveling that a kind of innovation on new economic space. |
