远距离超声波测距技术在矿用机车上的应用

摘    要:矿用机车驾驶员容易出现疲劳驾驶和注意力不集中,是煤矿安全的重大隐患,设计出一套机车障碍物检测报警系统,对于煤矿安全有着重要意义。而这套系统的关键技术在于测距,结合煤矿自身的复杂环境的考虑,在此选用超声波测距技术。为了满足超声波远距离测距的目的,选用美国AIRMAR公司生产的AR30超声波传感器,通过匹配该传感器各性能参数,设计出合理的硬件电路,经过一系列软件算法得到一个精确的距离值并且显示出来。当小于报警距离时发出声光报警信号提示驾驶员,为驾驶员安全驾驶提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Mine locomotive drivers are prone to fatigue driving and absent-minded operation,which is a major coal mine po-tential safety hazards in coal mine,so an alarm system for obstacle detection in front of mototive was designed. It has an impor-tant significance to coal mine safety. The key technology of this system is remote ranging. Therefore,the ultrasonic ranging tech-nology was selected in combination with environmental complexity in the coal mine. In order to realize the purpose of ultrasonic remote ranging,AR30 ultrasonic sensors made in AIRMAR Company were selected. A reasonable hardware circuit was designed by matching the performance parameters with each sensor,which can get and display an accurate distance value with the help of a series of software algorithms. When the distance is less than that of the audible and visual alarm,the driver is reminded with audible and visual alarm signals,which provides the driver with technical support to ensure driving safety.
