婴幼儿配方乳粉的干法工艺及其工艺验证

目的对婴幼儿配方乳粉的干法工艺进行了工艺验证研究,旨在为相关干法工艺的生产企业提供理论与实践依据。方法通过分析工艺的主要关键点,确定从物料平衡、混合均匀、营养素符合和工艺稳定性4个方面进行工艺验证研究。结果该生产工艺条件下,物料的投入产出比在99.76%~100.31%,符合物料平衡的要求;不同位置的营养素指标相对标准偏差均值在3.03%以内,具有很好的混合均匀性;终产品的营养素偏差在10%以内,符合法规和设计要求;批次间的相对标准偏差也在5%以内,拥有很好的工艺稳定性。结论该工艺能满足婴幼儿配方乳粉的生产。

Drying process of mixed and process certification in infant and follow-up formula milk powder

Objective This paper discusses the drying process of mixed for infant and follow-up formula milk powder, and provides the theoretical and practical basis for the production enterprises of drying process of mixed. Methods The production process of dry mixing method for infant formula was introduced, the critical point of technology was analyzed, and from four aspects such as material balance, mixing uniformity, Nutrients compliance and process stability, the process was studied. Results The results reveal that under the production process con-ditions, material input and output ratio range from 99.76% to 100.31%, the requirements of material balance was conformed, the different position of nutrient indexes average value of relative standard deviation within 3.03%, has good mixing uniformity, the end products of nutrient deviation within 10%, meet the requirements of the laws and design, the relative standard deviation between batches is within 5%, have good process stability. Conclusion This drying process of mixed can be satisfy the production of infant and follow-up formula milk powder.
