低滚阻胎面配方优化设计

摘    要:实验通过分析胎面橡胶滚动阻力的影响因素,依据低滚阻胎面配方的设计要求设计胎面配方。通过对比分析混炼胶的物理机械性能,确定出性能相对优异的低滚阻胎面配方。按照优选配方试制的成品轮胎已经通过了美国的SMARTWAY认证,优选配方达到了此次低滚阻胎面配方优化设计的目的。

Abstract:Experiment by analyzing the factors affecting the rolling resistance of tread rubber, on the basis of the design requirements of low rolling resistance tread formula design tread formula. Through comparative analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of the adhesive, identify performance relatively strong low rolling resistance tread formula. Trial in accordance with the optimum formula of tire has passed the certification of the American SMARTWAY, optimizing formula achieved the tread formula optimization design for the purpose of low rolling resistance.
