摘    要:研制出一种新型 Al- P中间合金 ,结果表明 :该中间合金不仅具有无污染、无渣、操作简便和变质效果稳定等优点 ;而且合理地使用该中间合金时 ,可使初晶 Si晶粒得到团球化 ,提高活塞的金相等级 ,提高质量 ,降低废品率 ,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A new type of Al-P master alloy has been developed and its modifying effect on Si phases was investigated.It is found that the Al-P master alloy has many advantages such as more convenient in adding practice,more stable ,no pollution and no reaction slag by using the Al-P master alloy.Furthermore,the primary Si can be spheroidized,the metallographic grade and quality of the pistons can be improved,and the reject ratio can be decreased when the master alloy is applied reasonably.Therefore,Al-P master alloy has a broad applicationprospect.
