| 摘 要： | 荷兰高等教育以其上乘质量和鲜明国际化特点享誉全球，高等教育质量保障机制是荷兰高等教育成功的关键。通过对荷兰高等教育体系的特点、质量保障机制的形成及“荷兰模式”的研究与分析，认为教学评估是确保荷兰高等教育质量上乘的关键，评估机制使荷兰在世界上保持了很高的教育质量，这对我国高校评估具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Holland is very famous for her good quality and colorful characteristics of internationalization of high education in the world. The unique quality guarantee mechanism is the key to her success of high education. This paper studies and analyzes the characteristics of the high education system in Holland , the formation of her quality guarantee mechanism and ＂the Dutch Mode＂, reaching the conclusion that evaluation is the key to guarantee the quality of high education, and keeps high education quality in the world, which offers a reference for the university evaluation in our country. |
