栲胶脱硫催化组分对HS-与氧气作用的影响

采用连续式鼓泡反应器研究了栲胶脱硫催化组分对HS-与O2作用的影响规律。结果表明,栲胶脱硫溶液中催化组分的存在加快了HS-与氧气的反应。具体而言,栲胶和五价钒V(V)均可与HS-直接发生反应,且它们的浓度越大,氧化性也越强。被还原的栲胶能被氧气氧化再生,而五价钒不能再生。生成的四价钒可以与栲胶发生络合作用,并且参与络合的栲胶失去了栲胶本身的氧化性。此外,溶液的pH值越大,反应温度越高,栲胶的氧化性越强,催化氧化HS-离子的活性也越高。相反,溶液的pH值越低,反应温度越低,V(V)的氧化性越强,越容易与HS-直接发生反应。因而,进一步探讨加快HS-向单质硫转变的速率是抑制副反应发生,降低副产物生成的必要手段。

Effects of catalytic components in tannin extract desulfurization solution on the reaction of HS-with oxygen were in-vestigated using a continuous bubbling reactor.The results showed that the reaction of HS-with oxygen was accelerated by catalytic components such as tannin extract and pentavalent vanadium V(V).Tannin extract and V(V) could both directly react with HS-,and their oxidabilities enhanced with concentration increase.The reduced tannin extract could be generated by oxidation with oxygen,but V(V) could hardly regenerate.The tetravalent vanadium V(IV) formed by V(V) reduction might complex with tannin extract,which made the tannin extract lose its oxidability.Moreover,the oxidability and catalytic activity of tannin extract could be strengthened when the pH value and reaction temperature rise.In contrast,the oxidability of V(V) could be heightened and the reaction between V(V) and HS-became easier when the pH value and reaction temperature decreased.Therefore,how to accelerate the transformation of HS-to S is the key for inhibiting side reaction and reducing by-products.
