摘    要:
随着高校扩招,高职院校广告设计专业学生增多,如何培养动手能力又快又强,理论基础知识扎实的设计人才,来缓和设计人才严峻的就业形势,这是摆在当今广告设计教育中的一个重要课题。这就要求高校坚持市场与教育相结合的原则,专业设置课程多样化,提高高等教育的质量,建立合理的知识结构,以就业为导向,根据广告业的需求,从市场出发,转变教师角色,发挥学生主动性,适应市场变化,培养实用型人才。
