摘    要:PWM调制和IGBT驱动电路用于对IGBT逆变主电路的驱动信号的直接控制,调制方法和驱动电路直接决定着焊接质量.为了改善器件的运行环境,降低开关损耗,现选用电流脉宽调制芯片UC3846为核心,采用有限双极性软开关PWM控制技术实现脉冲调制,并设计了相应的IGBT驱动电路.实现了PWM信号的隔离、放大和保护,对IGBT的正常工作及其保护起着非常重要的作用,控制IGBT的开关工作过程.调节各种参数进行实验,结果表明设计思路的切实可行,驱动电路性能良好.

Abstract:PWM modulation and IGBT drive circuits determined the quality of welding,controlled the output of driving signal for the IGBT inverter main circuit.So a novel PWM control technique is presented to improve the device's operating environment and reduce the switching losses.Choose Current PWM chips UC3846.Uses the bipolar limited soft-switching PWM control to make pulse modulation.Designed a driver circuit,which can isolate PWM control signals,transmission,amplification,superior performance,reliable protection...
