高职“管理学”课程教学方法的改革探讨

当前,高职院校的＂管理学＂课程教学无论是教学内容、课堂教学方式、实践教学手段还有教材等方面都不能适应高职教学的需要,文章从＂管理学＂的学科特点以及高职教学的需要出发提出了高职＂管理学＂教学的现状,提出了一些改革思路。并在文章中以特定的学校为例进行了阐述。

Discussion on reform of teaching methods of the course "Management" in higher vocational colleges

At present, the management course teaching in higher vocational colleges cannot adapt to the need of higher vocational teaching no matter in teaching content, classroom teaching mode, practice teaching methods or the teaching materials. From the subject feature of the course ＂Management＂ and the needs of higher vocational teaching, this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching of the course and puts forward some reform ideas. It uses the specific college in this paper as an example to expound the subject.
