| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了220kV线路微机保护测控装置PSR651的基本组成和功能,并以九分厂变电所220kV线路加装PSR651型测控装置为例,详细介绍了对原保护装置进行升级改造的技术方案,改进后的线路保护系统不仅实现了保护测控的微机监控和网络传输,而且进一步实现了控制和测量功能与微机后台的完美结合。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic composition and function of measurement and control device PSR651 of 220 kV line microcomputer protective system. Taking the transformer substation at Ninth Plant for example, it introduces in detail the updating technical scheme of adding the device PSR651 to original 220kV line microcomputer protective system. The improved line protective system realizes not only the computer monitoring and network transmission of protective measurement and control, but also the perfect combination of measurement and control function with microcomputer background. |
