三维技术在导叶片拂配工装设计中的应用

摘    要:文章分析了传统二维工装设叶方式的不足,在此基础上提出了工装三维设计流程。以导叶片拂配工装为例,详细介绍了三维设计技术在工装设计中的应用。工装的三维设计技术改变了传统工装设计模式,提高了工装设计的效率,并解决了空间要求较高的工装设计问题。

Application of 3D Technology in Blade Assembly Processing Device Design

Abstract:This paper analyses the disadvantages of 2D design method in processing device design, and then indicates new 3D design flow. The article takes blade assembly processing device as an example, introduces the application 3D technology in processing device design in detail. The 3D design technology changes the design mode of the traditional processing device design, and improves the design efficiency obviously. It also solves design problems of the processing devices which have complex dimensional structure
