| 摘 要： | 只有对现有系统进行科学正确的评估才能研制开发出更加完善的系统；围绕军事信息这一核心，在分析C^3I系统基本功能的基础上，构建了对其进行综合评判的指标体系；根据模糊数学和灰色模糊数学理论，将隶属度和灰度综合到评判过程中，给出了对C^3I系统进行效能评估的多层次灰色模糊综合评判法；以服装评判为例验证了方法的正确性和可行性。

| Abstract: | Only if the evaluation of the exist system is scientific and right, we can develop more perfect system. With focus on the military information, this paper sets up an index system on its comprehensive evaluation after analyzing the basic function of C 3I system. And the paper integrates the membership degree and grey degree and provides the multistage grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of C 3I system. In the end,this paper validates the method through a example. |
