| 摘 要： | 对钢制夹套式水冷合成炉泄漏原因进行了分析,提出了延长合成炉使用寿命的办法:控制原料气氯气和氢气的纯度;加强合成炉的加工质量;在点炉前改夹套内的冷却水为热水;定期清除夹套内水垢.

| Abstract: | Reasons for the leakage of steel synthesis furnace with water jacket are analysed.Methods to increase its service life are put forward,which involves controlling the purity of material gas,i.e. chlorine gas and hydrogen gas,improving the quality of synthesis furnace,replacing cool water with hot water inside jacket before ignition,regularly removing scale deposits from jacket. |
