摘    要:小型高精度激光测距仪的电源必须具有体积小、功耗低的特性.本文采用PIC16C781芯片从低压源产生高压电,为激光测距仪中的探测器和激光器提供偏置电压.文中阐述了使用HC16C781产生高压电的基本升压拓扑原理,讨论了PIC16C781在激光测距仪偏置高压电源中的硬件和软件设计,介绍了PIC单片机的PWM模块以及用PIC16C781芯片构成的闭环反馈.实际应用证明,该电源设计结构简单、体积小、输出电压恒定可靠.

Abstract:The power supply of miniature high-precision laser range finder must be compact and low power consumption. In this paper,the single chip microcomputer PIC16C81 is used to generate a high-voltage from a low voltage providing the necessary bias voltage of laser detectors and laser generator.The basic boost topology principle of using PIC 16C781 is introduced;The design of software and hardware of PIC 16C781 in the bias high-voltage power sulpply is discussed;The PWM module and closed-loop feedback based on PIC16C781 are described. It has been demonstrated in applications that the laser power supply based on PIC 16C781 has advantages of simple structure,compact size,constant ouput voltage and reliable performance,etc.
