摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为主要原料、硝酸为抑制剂、载玻片为基底在常温采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2薄膜,讨论了不同添加剂、水及无水乙醇的用量对制备TiO2薄膜的影响,得出最佳制备纳米TiO2薄膜的配方。采用差示扫描量热仪、扫描电镜、X衍射等分析手段对纳米TiO2进行表征,并以甲基橙为目标降解物考察了TiO2薄膜对甲基橙的光催化性能。结果表明,制备的TiO2粒径为9 nm,晶型为锐钛型;TiO2薄膜具有较高的光催化活性。

Abstract:TiO2 thin films were prepared through sol gel method with Ti(OC4H9)4 as main raw material,nitric acid as inhibitor,glass slides as base at room temperature.The influences of the usage of different additives,water and absolute alcohol on preparation of TiO2 thin films were discussed.The best film formula of nano TiO2 preparation was obtained.TiO2 thin films were characterized by XRD,SEM and DSC techniques,and the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 thin films to methyl orange was determined.The results of experiment show that TiO2 crystal is anatase type,its size is 9 nm,and TiO2 thin films possess high catalytic activity.
