温控阀用感温蜡的性能分析

摘    要:感温包既是温控阀的驱动元件,也是流体的感温元件。感温包内的感温蜡性能的好坏直接影响温控阀的工作状况。作者通过差热分析实验,将温控阀用感温蜡和普通石蜡的相变性能进行分析,说明了感温蜡发生相变时能够吸收更多的热量,比普通石蜡更适合作感温介质。

Abstract:The sensitive wrap is not only the temperature component, but also the driver of the thermostatic valve, the performance of the wax directly affects the working status of the valve. Through the experiment of difference temperature analysis (DTA) the article analyzes the performance of the phase transformation of sensitive waxes used in thermostatic valve and the common waxes, and draws the conclusion that the sensitive waxes are more suitable for the sensitive medium than common waxes.
