垂直钻井系统中央控制器设计

摘    要:石油钻探中,在高陡构造、断层、盐层等地质情况下,容易出现井斜角过大问题。垂直钻井系统是一种具有主动防斜能力的自动化井斜控制系统,将井下测斜和纠偏技术结合在一起,实现钻进过程中井斜角自动测量和纠偏。垂直钻井系统中央控制器,是垂直钻井系统实现井下自动化控制的核心电子模块,主要功能包括读取测斜模块测量的井斜和高边工具面角信息,通过预先设定的控制策略,控制液压执行器的开启和关闭,从而实现系统的纠斜功能;同时中央控制器具有记录井下数据、同地面设备通信、系统自捡和现场调试等功能。下井实验证明了中控设计的合理性。

Abstract:During well drilling process, there are many factors lead to slanting wells. The slant for the well drilling and thewell completion work bring a series of harms, and create heavy loss. The vertical drilling system is an auto-controlsystem to restrict well direction, which can measure well deviation while drilling and automatically restrain the drillingpath vertically. The central controller is one part of the vertical drilling system, which is the core electronics module torealize automatic control underground. Its main functions include reading the incline and high work angle parameterfrom inclinometer, and control actuator to open or close by predetermined control plan. At the same time, the centralcontroller has the ability of recording data, communication with the equipment on ground, selftest and debugging.
