基于PWM的强抗干扰A/D转换电路

摘    要:采用脉宽调制(PWM)电路实现一种新的A/D转换方法,将被测模拟信号经过放大、整流以及滤波处理后,与三角波调制信号进行比较,得到PWM信号,该信号的占空比与被测量信号的大小成正比。这种A/D转换电路简单、抗干扰能力强。通过实验验证,若三角波的频率为4.8 kHz、时钟周期为50 ns,则可达到12 bit的A/D转换精度。

Abstract:The A/D transforming circuit using pulse width modulation(PWM) function,through the sensor to measure the input signal,we can get PWM signal by processing that is amplification,rectifier and filter,compared with triangle wave modulation signal.The duty-cycle of this signal is in direct proportion to measuring signal.The A/D transforming circuit using pulse width modulation(PWM) function,microprocessor can calculated the input analog signal that timer measures duty-cycle of signal.This A/D transforming circuit is simple and with strong anti-interference ability,the experimental results proves if the triangle wave cycle is 4.8 kHz,and clock cycle 50 ns,its precision is 1/4167 that up to 12 bit A/D transformation precision.
