井下回风排热在矿井降温工程中的应用

摘    要: 矿井降温系统有地面集中式、井下集中式和地面井下联合式三种,而对井下集中式矿井降温系统难点在于井下冷凝热的排放问题,一般有利用矿井涌水排热和利用回风排热两种方式,基于利用矿井涌水排热又限于矿井涌水量充足的矿井的局限性,重点研究了利用回风排热的方式,提出利用回风排热的井下冷却站的三种不同形式。该方式应用于张小楼深井降温系统,运行效果良好,表明井下集中式矿井降温系统利用回风排热的方式排热,切实可行。

Abstract:Mine Cooling System (MCS) has three types, the ground centralized, underground centralized and ground and underground combined. The difficulty of underground centralized MCS lies in the underground condensing heat emission, generally, there are two ways of condensing heat discharge, one is through mine water and the other is relying on return air. Based on the former is Limited to mines who have enough mine water, the latter is focused on, and three types of cooling station using return air exhausting heat are given. The MCS of Zhangxiaolou Mine whose cooling station using return air exhausting heat has good system running results, illustrates the way of using the return air discharging heat in MCS is practical.
