智能型心功能分析系统中的去噪声算法研究

摘    要:为了对智能型心功能分析系统寻找有效的去噪声方法,在Matlab6.5仿真环境下,以小波变换系数模极大值去噪声算法和Donoho的软阈值去噪声算法为基础,对心电(ECG)信号的噪声去除进行了研究.仿真结果表明,该算法在一定程度上提高了信噪比,提高了心电信号的质量,为进一步提取有效的生理信息打下了基础.

Abstract:The intelligent cardiovascular function analyzing system is a new computer-controlled cardiovascular function detecting and analyzing system without suffering injuries.The aim of this study is to find an effective de-noising method for the system mentioned above.The wavelet transform has been used in de-noising field for its outstanding focusing characteristics in time-frequency domain.The method used combines the wavelet coefficient modulus method with the soft-thresholding method by Donoho to move noise from the electrocardiogram(ECG),using Matlab 6.5.The SNR do gain,although it is not very large.So this algorithm lays a solid basis for extracting useful physical information.
