摘    要:在多台锅炉烟温偏差研究的基础上,系统地分析了四角切圆锅炉炉膛出口水平烟道烟温偏差形成的机理、影响因素和对策;认为炉膛出口残余旋转所形成的烟速偏差是烟温偏差形成的根本原因,炉膛结构、煤质和燃烧工况等因素影响烟温偏差,给出了1025t/h锅炉烟温偏差与各主要影响因素的相关曲线,并指出了改善和消除烟温偏差的有效手段。

Abstract:Based upon the study of flue gas temperature deviation of several boilers,the forming mechanism,influencing factors and countermeasures of flue gas temperature deviation in the horizontal duct behind the exit of boiler furnace with tangential firing are systematically analyzed;it is thought of that,the flue gas velocity deviation caused by the remaining turning at the exit of furnace is the fundamental reason for flue gas temperature deviation forming,and furnace structure,coal quality and combustion condition etc. factors influence flue gas temperature deviation as well.The relationship curves between flue gas temperature deviation of 1 025t/h boiler and major influencing factors are given and also the effective measures for improving and eliminating flue gas temperature deviation are indicated.
