国际工程项目管理（一）——国际工程EPC总承包项目的投标

国际工程的投标是一项十分复杂的系统工作,具有时间长、成本高、风险大的特点,需要工程建设所涉及的设计、采购、施工等方面的管理人员和技术人员的共同参与.文章主要从承包商的角度出发,针对国际工程的投标程序、报价组成、投标报价的策略进行了论述,并结合苏丹输油管道项目对投标工作进行分析,指出企业只有根据自身的发展策略和具体项目的实际情况进行有选择性的投标,才能使投标工作达到理想的效果.
