| 摘 要： | 笼型异步电动机转子的断条故障,其早期特征频率分量与基频分量非常接近,针对幅值相对较小、不易诊断的问题,采用谐波小波方法对定子电流信号进行滤波处理。该方法基于谐波小波良好的盒形频谱特性,将特定频率段的成分与定子电流信号的其它频率成分既不交叠,又不遗漏的分解到相互独立的频带上,成功地突出故障特征分量。仿真和实验结果证明,该方法能大大提高转子断条故障诊断的准确性。
