蒸汽锅炉零排污节能改造及经济分析

摘    要:蒸汽锅炉凝结水回收是提高锅炉效率的重要途径,具有较大节能减排的潜力。本文以某供热站实际工程为例,对现有的锅炉凝结水回收系统进行改造,通过数据分析对系统改造进行经济性评价。经节能改造后的凝结水回收系统节水节能效果显著,实现锅炉的零排污,在大大节约运行成本、延长设备使用寿命的同时,降低了锅炉排污率、减少了环境污染,真正达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:The condensate recovery of steam boiler is an important way to increase the boiler efficiency and has great potential of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,we take a heat plant project in Langfang for example,reforming the boiler water recycling system and getting the economic evaluation by data analysis.The boiler water recycling system has remarkable effect on water and energy saving,realizing the zero emission of boiler and reducing running cost greatly.The modification not only prolongs the lifespan of the equipment and decreases the boiler emission rate,but also reduces environmental pollution,achieves the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
