摘    要:内蒙古自治区葫芦素煤矿13号煤层埋藏较深,煤层处于高应力环境中,区段准备巷道采用双巷掘进的方式.针对辅助运输巷道围岩变形严重以及难以二次利用的问题,通过对巷间煤柱分别在不同阶段建立力学模型以及结合葫芦素煤矿的地质条件,对巷间煤柱留设宽度进行理论分析,最终确定该宽度应不小于35.57 m.结合获取到的覆岩物理力学参数,采...

Abstract:Aiming at the serious problem of tunnel deformation in coal seam No. 13 zone of the Hulusu Mine, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which are affected by high-stress surrounding rock, according to the Mohr-coulomb theory and the key part theory, through the numerical simulation analysis and the field monitoring, the stress change relationship and the displacement change relationship of the surrounding rock side and the surrounding rock interior of the deep high stress auxiliary transportationSentry which will be used as bleeder entrySin the next mining areaSunder the influence of the excavation stage. It is proposed that the section shape of deep high-stress roadway is straight wall semicircle arch. Adopt the combined support method of the roof support with curved steel belt + high pretension anchor rods and anchor cables with anchor nets + the inverse bottom arch filling and matching concrete. The field monitoring shows that the maximum roof subsidence is 90 mm, the maximum floor heave is 55 mm, and the maximum internal displacement of both sides is 138 mm, which indicates that the overall supporting of surrounding rock of the tunnel is significantly improved by adopting the support method. The support method can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel, protect the overall structure of the tunnel and better exert the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock.S
