摘    要:研究了硅和等温淬火工艺对高碳低合金马氏全-贝氏体钢金组织与机械性能的影响。结果表明,在不同的含硅量与等温淬火工艺条件下,获得了不同的机械性能。针对实际使用要求,选择合理的工艺规范。

Abstract:The effect of silicon and isothermal quenching process on the microstructure and mechanical property of the high-carbon low alloy martensite-Bainite steel was studied. It indicates that different mechanical property can be obtained under the condition of various silicon of various silicon content and isothermal quenching processes,According to the requirement of work pieces,reasonable parameters can be selected.
