摘    要:通过在玻璃纤维表面接枝β成核剂,期望在界面处诱导等规聚丙烯形成β横晶。结果表明,玻璃纤维表面接枝的β成核所形成的网络结构不够完善,只能诱导形成少量的晶核,不足以形成横晶;在熔融混合过程当中添加少量的硬脂酸钙能够在接枝β成核剂的玻纤表面形成一个完善的网络结构,从而有效的诱导形成β横晶。

Abstract:The purpose of this article is to develop β-transcrystallinity induced by glass fiber grafted β-nucleating agent at the interface of glass fiber and isotactic polypropylene(ipp).It demonstrates that the network formed by β-nucleating agent grafted on the interface of glass fiber is unstable.Only several nuclei are formed,and β-transcrystallinity is not developed.Adding a little calcium stearate can form a stable network on the surface of glass fiber grafted β-nucleating agent during the mixed melt process,and can effectively induce the formation of β-transcrystallinity.
