摘    要:介绍了制备X60/2205双金属复合管的短流程"离心浇铸+热挤压"工艺,并对其关键技术——离心浇铸、热挤压加工、热处理进行分析说明。对试制的X60/2205双金属复合管进行性能检验,结果表明,采用"离心浇铸+热挤压"工艺试制的X60/2205双金属复合管,界面完全冶金结合,钢管综合性能优良,而且生产成本低、成材率高。

Abstract:Elaborated in the paper is the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion mini-flow manufacturing process for the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe,covering an analysis concerning relevant key techniques like centrifugal casting,hot-extrusion processing and heat treatment,etc.Property tests are conducted to the said pipe as made via the pilot manufacture.The testing results show that the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe made with the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion manufacturing process has completely metallurgical bonding,and excellent comprehensive properties,while the manufacturing process itself is capable of cost-effective production of the said pipe with hiyield.
