双环戊二烯合成改性不饱和聚酯表观性能研究

摘    要:利用加成水解法合成了双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂,试验了各工艺条件对所得产品性能的影响。结果表明,DCPD分批加入比一次性加入效果更好.加入时间控制在1h左右为佳,最佳缩聚时间为1.5h;以1,2-丙二醇为二元醇最为理想,当n(DCPD):n(醇):n(酸)=6.0:6.2:17时树脂的表观性能最好,己二酸合成的树脂的柔韧性最好。改性型不饱和聚酯比通用型粘度小、流动性好,方便于玻璃钢制品的制作;良好的透明性适合制作水晶等装饰品.

Abstract:A new addition hydrolysis method of dicyclopentadiene-unsaturated polyester resin is adopted and the influence of each condition on the performance of Unsaturated polyester products is studied. The experimental results indicate that it is better to add DCPD by batch than to add DCPD once. The optimum condition is,the adding time is about 1 h,the time needed for polycondensation is 1.5 h,the dihydric alcohols is 1,2-propylene glycol,n(DCPD):n(alcohol):n(acid)=6.0:6.2:1.7. Under this condition,the apparent performance of resin is the best,and flexility of resin synthesized by Adipic Acid is the best. The viscosity of modified unsaturated polyester is poor than unmodified,and fluidity of modified is better than unmodified,which is fit for the production of glass and steel products,and the good transparency is fit for production of decorations such as crystal.
