| 摘 要： | 涡流纺纺制竹纤维纱生产中,梳棉生条质量对涡流纱结构和性能影响明显.针对竹纤维性能及涡流纺纱工艺要求,对梳棉针布配置、刺辊速度、刺辊与给棉板隔距、锡林与道夫速比及相对湿度等工艺进行了探析.通过提高生条中纤维整齐度,减少弯钩和棉结,可以提高竹纤维涡流纺纱的质量.

| Abstract: | Influence on structure and property of vortex spinning y ar n of card sliver is evident in bamboo fiber vortex spinning. According to the pr operty of bamboo fiber and vortex spinning demand, card clothing configuration, lick-in speed, the gauge of lick-in and cotton feeding flat, speed ratio of cy linder and doffer, relative humidity are discussed. Bamboo fiber vortex spinning quality can enhance through advancing fiber regularity of card sliver and decre asing hook and neps. |
