摘    要:电力设备的建设跟不上社会高速发展对能源的需求,有效地利用波谷时的电能、错开高峰时期的电力竞争将会是对社会的莫大贡献。通过对充电工艺的详细分析,结合峰谷电价的实施确定了利用波谷电力的设计思路,采用电脑编程建立了复杂的计算模型,模拟计算后总结出现有的生产工艺得到14%的费用节余。
