部分再生混凝土梁的试验

摘    要:为了研究部分再生骨料混凝土梁的力学性能,完成了5种配筋率共15根部分再生骨料混凝土梁的试验.试验结果表明平截面假定理论同样适用于部分再生骨料混凝土结构.部分再生骨料混凝土受弯构件的正截面承载力与普通混凝土受弯构件相比并没有降低,但是其刚度相对于普通混凝土受弯构件有所减小.通过分析得到了部分再生骨料混凝土受弯构件正截面承载力计算公式和受弯构件刚度计算的修正公式.给出了部分再生骨料混凝土轴心受压和偏心受压极限压应变以及梁最小配筋率的取值建议;通过ANSYS软件完成了部分再生骨料混凝土受弯构件的有限元分析,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:In order to investigate mechanical properties of partial recycled concrete beams,15 partial recycled concrete beams with 5 kinds of reinforcement ratios were studied by experiment. The results indicated that the plain section presumption could be applied to partial recycled concrete structures. The bearing capacity of normal section for partial recycled concrete flexural member was not lowered compared with that of ordinary concrete flexural member,but the stiffness of partial recycled concrete flexural member was degraded. The calculating formula of flexural bearing capacity and the modified stiffness calculating formula of partial recycled concrete flexural member were established. The suggested values of ultimate compression strain of axial compression and eccentricity compression,as well as the minimum reinforcement ratio were provided. Finite element analysis of partial recycled concrete flexural member was performed by ANSYS. The calculation results were in good agreement with experimental results.
