摘    要:钢丝要保持挺直状态,必须保证钢丝收线弯曲应力小于钢丝的弯曲弹性极限,钢丝张紧力的增幅与钢丝和导辊之间的包角和摩擦因数有关。列举钢丝直径与收线卷筒直径,以及摩擦因数和包角的对应关系。根据平立辊式矫直器、回旋式矫直器、倒立式收线装置、机械弯曲去皮机等应用实例具体介绍钢丝辊轮传输工作原理和生产经验。平立辊式矫直器工作辊轮为奇数,直径取决于钢丝的直径,一般为20~150 mm;回旋式矫直器矫直模间距通常为钢丝直径11~18倍;倒立式收线装置线架的3辊轮矫直器起矫弯作用;拉丝卷筒一级台阶的锥度根据拉拔钢丝向上推力的大小选定,主要考虑钢丝直径和强度。

Abstract:To keep steel wire straight condition,it is guaranteed that steel wire take-up bending stress is less than its bending elastic limit.The growth of steel wire tension is in relation to the wrap angle of steel wire and guide roller and friction factor,the corresponding relation between steel wire diameter and take-up capstan,between friction factor and wrap angle is listed.The steel wire roller transmission work principle and production experience are introduced according to the application example such as flat vertical roll type straightener,swing type straightener,inverted vertical take-up,mechanical bending peeler etc.The work roller of flat vertical roll type straightener is single,its diameter is decided by steel wire diameter,usually 20~150 mm.The straightening mode space of swing type straightener is usually 11~18 times of steel wire diameter.The three roller straighteners of inverted vertical take-up have bending role.The conical angle of wire drawing capstan first step is selected according to the drawn steel wire upward pushing force,which is decided by steel wire diameter and strength.
