汽轮机转子寿命损耗在线监测系统的研究

摘    要:依据火电机组运行的实际数据,采用有限元法对汽轮机转子的温度和应力场进行计算,通过分析确定系统的监测面位置,然后利用修正后的一维热应力简化计算式对转子低周疲劳寿命损耗进行了计算,并结合高温蠕变对转子寿命的影响,建立了汽轮机转子寿命损耗在线监测模型,开发了汽轮机转子寿命损耗在线监测系统。通过仿真数据和实际运行数据的对比,其结果是一致的,系统是有效的。

Abstract:Based on real operation data of thermal power units, temperature and stress field of the steam turbine rotor are calculated by finite element method so as to analyze and determine the position of monitoring surface in the system. Low cycle fatigue life loss of rotor is calculated with a modified onedimension thermal stress simplified equation. Considering the influence of high temperature creep on rotor life, an online monitoring model for life loss of turbine rotor is established, while an online monitoring system developed. Agreement results between simulation and actual operation data prove the system to be effective.
