浅谈软件项目的沟通管理

目前由于软件项目越做越大,分析、开发、设计工作量大,同时涉及到的项目干系人众多,使得项目管理人员往往忽视对沟通管理,造成很大的实施难度,或者实施后效果不好,这样不仅造成了资源浪费,而且造成项目方不良影响。该文以校务通管理系统为例,通过对其的沟通管理分析,进行相应的沟通管理规约,确保校务通管理系统的顺利实施。
